The Warrenton Group proposes a mixed-use, mixed-income development to include 86 residential units, approximately 1,500 SF retail, 1,500 SF community space, 17 parking spaces, and 38 bike spaces in a new building in addition to the renovation of the historic Strand Theater to be occupied by a new Ivy City Smokehouse. The project was approved by the D.C. Zoning Commission January 2018.
