The redevelopment is being led by Roadside Development and proposes a total of nine buildings consisting of 700+ residential units, up to 150 hotel rooms, and 200,000+ SF of retail space including a Wegmans Supermarket and restaurants. Additional uses will include a theater, green spaces, and 68,000 SF of office and cultural-use space.
